Kids In The Room (Marina Square)
Kids In The Room on level 2 of Marina Square is an escape room built only for children — brightly lit, never locked, and deliberately not scary.
A booking runs about ninety minutes and is more than the games themselves: children design a passport, get fitted with a costume, play two escape rooms from a choice of eight themes, and finish in a ball play area. The missions cast them as scientists, detectives or pop stars, and staff guide each room rather than leaving a group to flounder. Children aged nine and under need an adult with them, and adult tickets cost a fraction of a child’s.
It is aimed at roughly five to fourteen, which makes it the only escape room in Singapore genuinely designed for the younger half of that range rather than tolerating them. It suits birthday parties and playdates. The design team behind it previously built escape rooms in South Korea, and it shows in how tightly the ninety minutes is structured.
