LOST SG has five private escape rooms in the basement of GR.iD on Selegie Road, and is the operator most often named for set design rather than puzzle difficulty.
The rooms are Alcatraz, Exodus, Mausoleum, Castiglione and Aokigahara, all rebuilt in their current versions. They are properly dressed — fog, lighting, detailing — and the effect is closer to walking onto a film set than into a room of locked boxes. Castiglione follows a Jesuit artist in eighteenth-century China; Aokigahara is set in Japan’s Sea of Trees and delivers its scares through atmosphere rather than actors. Games run sixty minutes and rooms take from two players up to about twelve.
The difficulty spread is wider than its reputation suggests: Mausoleum is the beginner room, Alcatraz and Exodus sit in the middle, and Castiglione and Aokigahara are where experienced groups should start. Off-peak weekday slots are meaningfully cheaper. GR.iD is between Dhoby Ghaut and Little India.
