iClaw Taiwan keeps a kiosk on level two of The Centrepoint — a stand of machines in the walkway rather than a shop with a door.
The cabinets are the chain’s pink Taiwanese ones, run on tokens, holding the same character figures and collectibles it stocks across its other sites. There is only a short row of them here. It does have a phone number of its own, which most of the chain’s outlets do not, so there is somewhere to call if a machine takes a token and stops.
Playing at a kiosk is not quite the same as playing in a shop. You stand in the walkway with people passing behind you, and there is no door between you and the rest of the mall. Play United runs a full arcade one floor up if you would rather not have an audience.
