Cow Play Cow Moo at Northshore Plaza II is on level 3 of the mall at Punggol’s waterfront edge, and it is the only outlet in the chain with a view worth mentioning — the floor looks out over the sea.

Claw machines are the bulk of it, stocked with the licensed plush the chain is built on, and the Sanrio machines are the ones people come back for. Behind them sit ticket redemption games feeding a prize counter that carries Funko Pop figures, imported Pokemon displays, Nerf and novelties. New plush goes into the claws through the week, which is why regulars treat it as somewhere to return to rather than a one-off. Staff get named warmly in reviews more often than at most branches, particularly for how they greet people on the way in.

Northshore sits a long way from anywhere else, and for that corner of Punggol this is the arcade you have. Service at the counter draws more mixed reviews than the floor does, so it is worth checking a machine is working before committing a card to it. Claw play costs more here than at the budget claw shops, and the prize quality is the trade.
