Hana Film (Orchard Central)

Hana Film at Orchard Central is a hotel-themed self-photo studio on level 2 of the mall — the first of its kind in Singapore when it opened.

You choose your set from what the studio styles as a room-service menu, then shoot yourselves against it. The detail that separates Hana Film from most booths is that you can retake after every individual shot instead of redoing a whole strip, which changes the session entirely if somebody blinks. Prints run about $10, soft copies come free, and extra copies are a couple of dollars each. Props run to animal hairbands and oversized sunglasses, and there are vanity counters for hair and makeup before you start.

It suits couples, friend groups and anyone already on that stretch of Orchard Road, with Somerset station a few minutes away. It stays open until midnight, later than the CityLink branch. Weekends queue and there is no booking, so a weekday evening is the calmer version of the same studio.
