Westwood Bowl is the alley at the Civil Service Club in Bukit Batok, and it is among the cheapest places to bowl in Singapore as well as one of the latest-opening. Off-peak games run under four dollars and peak barely above it.
Lanes stay open until 2am on Fridays and 3am on Saturdays, which makes it a genuine late-night option rather than one that closes as the evening starts. The alley itself is plain and well maintained — many lanes, no theming. It suits students, groups on a budget and anyone in the west who wants to bowl after everything else has shut. Membership of the club is not needed to play, though members pay less.
Note there is a second, separate alley a few minutes away at the HomeTeamNS clubhouse — Starbowl, which is cheaper again and runs to 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. The two are easy to confuse when you are arranging where to meet, so it is worth naming the clubhouse rather than the suburb.
