Wan To Play Baby Shark is on level two of West Coast Plaza and it is the only Baby Shark playground in Singapore. The characters run through the whole room, admission comes with a sticker sheet, and the mascot itself appears in person on advertised dates.
The floor splits three ways. The adventure side is a multi-level climbing structure with slides running into a large ball pit and a trampoline beside them. The sensory side has a bead pit deep enough to dig in, a kinetic sand table and building stations. The role play is where children tend to settle: a vet clinic, a mini supermarket, a builders’ corner, a construction pit with excavators and trucks, a dress-up rack with a vanity table of pretend make-up, and a police station whose jail has locks that actually work.
It is built for toddlers and preschoolers, and an older child will have seen all of it inside an hour. The layout is open, so you can watch from a seat instead of trailing round behind anyone. It is not a large floor and it fills up at weekends, which makes a weekday the better visit. Sessions are booked for one hour or two.
