Teo Heng KTV at Jurong Point is the only branch in the chain with a VIP room — a twenty-seat space that makes it the one to book when the group is too big for anywhere else.
Below that sit the standard sizes, four, six and ten, all charged by the room by the hour rather than per person, from about $13 before 7pm. The VIP room costs more, but split twenty ways it is still one of the cheapest group bookings in Singapore. Guests bring their own food and drink, with no alcohol, and every room is non-smoking. The catalogue covers English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean.
That one room changes who the outlet is for: birthdays, class parties and company gatherings that would otherwise have to split across two rooms and lose half the group. It sits on the ground floor of Jurong Point, one of the busiest suburban malls in the country, so weekends go early. Reservations are by phone only, and the VIP room in particular is worth calling well ahead about.
