Pororo Park is an indoor playground at Marina Square with a theatre in the middle of it. Pororo and his friends come out to perform through the day, there is a magic bubble show, and children can have their photo taken with the characters afterwards.
The rest is themed to the cartoon across 11,000 square feet. There is a full-size replica of Pororo’s house with a music wall you play by touching it, a jungle gym, an inflatable backyard, a shark-themed ball pool, a pretend supermarket, and a pit filled with hinoki wood chips in place of sand. A train and a carousel run inside the park and neither costs extra. Younger children have a padded area with a small slide beside Loopy’s Cafe, which does proper meals rather than snacks.
It is pitched young: 18 months to about five, though plenty keep coming a year or two beyond that. The play equipment is not the reason to come, the shows and the rides are, so it lands best with a child who already knows the characters. Book a time slot before you go, since entry runs in sessions of two or three hours, and bring grip socks or buy a pair at the door. It is busiest between midday and four, and the air conditioning runs cold.
