Dopamine Land Singapore

Dopamine Land is a multisensory walk-through at WEAVE in Resorts World Sentosa: nine rooms you play in rather than look at, built around light, texture and sound.

The rooms run from a neon wonderland and a cosmic light show to a lagoon, a ball pit and a room set up for a pillow fight. Nothing needs solving and there is no route to follow — you wander, touch things and take photographs, which is the point. The whole circuit takes about forty-five minutes to an hour, so it works as part of a Sentosa day rather than the reason for one.

It suits families with primary-school children and groups who want photographs out of an afternoon. Children under eight need an adult with them, and family tickets bring the per-head cost down noticeably. It closes on Tuesdays. Being indoors and air-conditioned, it is a reliable fallback when the weather turns on Sentosa.
