Cow Play Cow Moo at Wisteria Mall sits on the basement level of the mall on Yishun Ring Road, a well-kept neighbourhood floor of claw machines and redemption games.
Claw machines are the bulk of it, stocked with the licensed plush the chain is known for and restocked through the week, with ticket redemption cabinets behind them feeding the prize counter. The redemption side is where the chain puts its better rewards — Funko Pop figures, imported Pokemon displays, Nerf and novelties — so tickets are worth accumulating rather than spending on the first thing at eye level. It is sufficient rather than spectacular, which is a fair description of what a neighbourhood arcade is for.
The staff are what lift it: they get named individually in reviews more often than at any other branch in the chain, usually for walking someone through the redemption counter without hurrying them. Worth reading the payout labels on a machine before you play it rather than assuming, and setting a budget before you start — claw play is chance, and it adds up faster than it feels like it does.
