Teo Heng KTV (Punggol Coast Mall)

Teo Heng’s Punggol Coast Mall outlet opened on 1 August 2026, on the third floor of Tower 98 at the far end of the North East Line.

The format is the chain’s, and it is the reason these rooms fill: charged by the hour and by room size rather than per person, from $13 an hour for a room of four before 7pm up to $25 for a ten-seater in the evening. Bring your own food and drink, no alcohol, non-smoking rooms, and a catalogue across English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean. It runs to 1am on weeknights and 2am on Saturdays.

It is the newest room in the chain and the first KTV at this end of Punggol, next to Punggol Coast station rather than a drive away. That matters here more than in town: the alternative for a group in the north-east has been the trip to Waterway Point or into the city. Rooms are plain and clean rather than styled, which is the trade for the price.
