Adventure Cove Waterpark has a reef you can snorkel in. Rainbow Reef is a lagoon stocked with around 20,000 fish, and it is the thing that separates this from every other water park here — it is also the part people travel for, so do it early before the queue builds.
Six slides come down the hill, from the Riptide Rocket, a water coaster that pushes rafts uphill as well as down, to the enclosed Pipeline Plunge and the side-by-side Dueling Racer. The Adventure River loops the park through fourteen themed stretches and Bluwater Bay is the wave pool. Smaller children get Seahorse Hideaway, a shallow wading pool, and the Big Bucket Treehouse.
It suits families with a wide spread of ages, since the wading pool and the tallest slides sit a few minutes apart. The park is outdoors and exposed, so shaded seats and lockers go first on a hot weekend. It shuts earlier in the day than the rest of Sentosa, which makes it a better first half of a day than a last. It is at Resorts World Sentosa, a few minutes from the Oceanarium. The pink button on this page comes in under the gate price.
