Artist Tique Co Art Studio

Artist Tique Co is an art jamming studio on Queen’s Road near Farrer Road station, run by a group of practising artists and planted with enough greenery to feel like a garden room.

A two-hour session includes a large canvas, a printed reference image of whatever you have chosen to paint, brushes, paint, and free-flow drinks and snacks. Guidance is included rather than extra, and the studio teaches styles beyond straightforward canvas work — palette-knife textured painting among them, which gives a beginner something that looks deliberate rather than accidental. Weekday sessions are cheaper than weekend ones.

It suits beginners, couples and anyone treating this as a way to switch off for an afternoon rather than a class with an outcome. The instructors are the thing visitors mention most.
