iClaw Taiwan has a ground floor unit in Djitsun Mall, the smaller of the two malls in the middle of Ang Mo Kio, a couple of minutes from the MRT and the bus interchange.
The cabinets are the pink Taiwanese ones the chain puts in all its shops, and you buy tokens to play them. What they hold is figures, blind boxes and licensed plush rather than the anonymous soft toys that fill most claw machines here, and the Taiwanese machines take a different knack from the arcade-style ones — the claw drops and grips differently, so treat your first go as a practice run.
Three claw shops sit within a few minutes of each other here, which is unusual for one town centre. Fun Claw is in the basement of AMK Hub next door, and ClawStory is upstairs at 51@AMK behind it. All three stock differently, so if you are hunting something in particular you can see all of them within a short walk.
