Cow Play Cow Moo (West Mall)

Cow Play Cow Moo at West Mall is on level 5, the first arcade of its kind in Bukit Batok, in a mall sitting directly on the station and bus interchange.

The floor is the chain’s standard mix — rows of claw machines stocked with the licensed plush the chain is built on, ticket redemption cabinets feeding the prize counter, and the collectible card machines that draw their own following. Being a recent arrival everything is in good condition, and it fills a real gap: until it opened there was nowhere in Bukit Batok to do this without travelling.

Staff are called by scanning a QR code at the machine rather than by finding a counter, and the branch is thinly staffed, so help can take a while at quiet times. The special prize cards people chase were also not stocked in the opening weeks. Both read as teething rather than permanent. Claws and redemption games take different tokens, so ask at the counter which you need before buying a stack.
