Cow Play Cow Moo (Suntec City Level 3)

This is the chain’s second Suntec City floor, on level 3 — a separate arcade from the basement one rather than another entrance to the same place.

The mix leans harder into claw machines than most arcades do, and the trading-card cabinets are what a lot of people come for: Pokemon and collectible card prizes sitting alongside the usual plush and figure machines, with ticket redemption games and cabinets filling out the rest of the floor. It runs to 1am every night, which makes it one of the few arcades in the city still going after dinner and a film.

The staff are the strongest thing about the place by a wide margin — patient, quick to help, and the thing visitors mention most often. The friction here is about prizes rather than the games: the policy on exchanging them has tightened and the signage explaining it is easy to miss, so it is worth reading the terms at the counter before you start rather than after.
