Fun Claw (PLQ Mall)

Fun Claw at PLQ Mall takes a shop unit on level three and a kiosk beside it, so it is one business spread over two spaces.

Claw machines are all of it — plush, character figures and collectibles behind glass, played on tokens bought on the spot. There are no ticket games and no prize counter, so the only thing you leave with is whatever the claw actually lifts. Look at the label on anything you win: a Fun Card tag turns up on some of the prizes, and its points can be redeemed later against a catalogue.

Walk both spaces before settling on a machine, because the machine you want may be over in the other one. Most of what is in these cabinets is heavier than the grip can manage, so pick a figure you are content to lose and stop when you reach it.
