Cow Play Cow Moo (Hillion Mall)

Cow Play Cow Moo at Hillion Mall is on the ground floor of the mall built over Bukit Panjang’s bus interchange and MRT–LRT station, and the location does most of the work — you walk off the interchange straight into it.

The floor is a straightforward mix of claw machines and coin pushers, with Tornado the one regulars head for, and ticket redemption games behind them feeding the prize counter. The claws carry the licensed plush the chain is built on — Sanrio, Disney and anime figures — with new stock going in through the week. It is the only arcade of this size in Bukit Panjang, which makes it the default rather than a choice.

Accounts of the counter are sharply split — plenty of visitors describe helpful staff, and a persistent run of others do not — while the machines themselves draw no such pattern. Claws and redemption games take different tokens, so ask before buying a stack, and set the budget before the first note goes in.
