Solace Studios at Orchardgateway is a self-photo studio on level 2 of the mall, a couple of minutes from Somerset station, built around a train-cabin set.
That mocked-up carriage interior is the signature here, alongside the chain’s plainer studio backdrops. The routine is the same across Solace: you work the timer yourselves, retake as much as you want within the session, then choose your frames at the screen. Prints start around $10, with props laid out and free styling tools at the vanity counters.
It is the best-reviewed of the chain’s Orchard-area branches, and it suits couples and friend groups already walking that stretch. It shuts earlier than the VivoCity branch, so an evening plan is worth checking against the clock. There is no booking — walk in, and expect a wait on a weekend afternoon.
