Sonic Bowl at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang runs sixteen interactive lanes, where projections play across the lane and react to your ball as it travels towards the pins.

It is also the first alley in Singapore with a VIP bowling room: two private lanes with their own dart machine and karaoke system, which turns a birthday or a company night into one booking rather than three. The main floor has the projection effects and pool tables alongside. SAFRA members pay noticeably less for lane hire.

It suits groups and families in the west, and the VIP room is the reason to choose it over the cheaper alleys nearby — you get a room rather than a lane in a row. It stays open to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays. SAFRA Choa Chu Kang is a short walk from Choa Chu Kang station, and the clubhouse has an inflatable park and other facilities if the group splits up.
